Frodo Allan

Frodo is an award-winning Producer, Playwright, and Director with over 25 years of experience working across many genres both in the UK and internationally. Frodo is also an experienced performer and compère with a critically-acclaimed career as an actor and singer in theatre, musical theatre, and various bands, as well as a long and varied resume in circus, clowning, and comedy.

Taylor Bazos
Production Assistant
She/Her
Taylor Austin Bazos is an up and coming producer, actor, and director from Los Angeles, California. Taylor has a B.A. in Performing and Media Arts from Cornell University. She is co-founder of MultilinguArt, a production company centred around stories that transcend language barriers. Among these is Baby Rock, a bilingual children’s musical which Taylor produced, adapted, and directed in New York, Hollywood, and Edinburgh. She is excited to see all of the amazing shows in this year’s fringe!


Bhavani Balasubramanyam

Bhavani is a visual storyteller and facilitator based in Glasgow and Singapore. They merge community engagement with storytelling through comics, illustration, and improvisational theatre. She has led and co-facilitated creative workshops that explore South Asian identity, mental health, and collaborative storytelling. Previously Artistic Director of Indian Improv Theatre Singapore, she now co-facilitates a narrative improv course at The Improv Cooperative. She enjoys gaming, cooking, and drawing their cat, Kevin.

Misty-Jo Pett-Ruas

Misty-Jo is a musician & composer with a background in performance, songwriting, and event coordination. With a degree in music from Napier University, she specializes in composition, singing, and drumming. Passionate about storytelling through sound, she has experience in pop songwriting and cinematic scoring. A lifelong lover of theatre and musical theatre, she is especially excited to be part of Rhymes with Purple and contribute to the magic of the Fringe.
Fox

Fox is an emerging circus artist specialising in rope and dance trapeze. He teaches both youth and adults, performs at height and on the floor, exploring a range of themes surrounding identity and mental health. As a fundamentally creative person he has a keen interest in how things work and what it takes to bring an idea to life, so to diversify his skillset and learn more about what it takes to put together a show he is taking on an internship with Rhymes with Purple


Max

Max is the real backbone of the company. His main role is ensuring that the team take regular walks and that there are always plenty of treats in the office. Max was adopted from Dogs Trust.
