-
you want somebody else carrying significant responsibility for the Fringe campaign

Initial strategy session
A detailed conversation about the show, your objectives, budget, audience and Fringe plan.
Four producer consultations
Scheduled sessions across the planning period to tackle problems, review progress and make key decisions.

We audit your positioning, target audiences and campaign plan and tell you where we think it’s strong and what needs work.
Fringe readiness review
A structured pre-arrival check to make sure the important things are actually ready before Edinburgh begins.

Scheduled check-ins during the festival to review sales, marketing, practical issues and anything that needs adjusting.
